Oxidation filtration
During treatment using our fermaliQ oxidation filter system, dissolved iron and manganese are converted into their barely soluble forms and filtered off. In addition to iron and manganese, the fermaliQ oxidation filter system also reduces ammonium, solid particles and odours in the raw water fully automatically through a combination of raw water atomisation, fresh air supply and multi-layer filtration. Furthermore, the processes used - additionally depending on the content of free carbonic acid - achieve a deacidification of the raw water. Thanks to the combination of the above-mentioned processes in a single system, high pure water quality is achieved.
